I just finished 30 days of mindful movement and Alo suggested me to do this. First of all, I am a lady of challenges, and second I am as happy as sweaty after this! Oh my flow!. I loved it, simple; It dared me every minut, the class is like I like to learn, confortable but fast taking my body to other level. And I could made every move! so nice Kylan. 5/9/23 thanks Kylan for the fast paced practice. I felt a deep lumbar spine stretch following binded side angle pose and binded triangle pose(both sides) It gave me energy to cycle to work after a break. Cheers 😸😸😸
At the end I felt great. True not the best for beginners, more for intermediate plus as the pace can get a bit fast and it would be helpful if you're familiar how to move into the poses on demand.
I- how? HOW? i’m dripping wet and she’s as fresh as a lettuce 😂😂. i’m so sweaty that when i was doing standing splits a drop of sweat fell into my eye and i had to try to do the rest with eyes closed while stumbling to every posible side. my eye was burning 😂. i enjoyed it cause usually fast paced classes don’t allow me to think and get frustrated, i gotta get back up in a second and keep going but damn! not even a few breaths in downward facing dog?
love Alo videos specially Andrew Sealy, nice pace. this one was way too fast, she was out of breath herself why such a hurry? this is yoga take a breath.

Very challenging. Invigorating after work exercise. I wasn’t ready for this one, but I gave it a great try and feel good about it

It was definitely challenging and I feel a huge difference between before the Vinyasa flow and after

Where is shavasana teacher, dont neglect it, shavasana is important aspect of asana practice. It is yoga not a cardio practice 🙏🏻हरिओम

I love Alo Yoga but this was my least favorite flow. The pace was irritating. Cool twists but overall not my taste
such a nervous class. this fast pace said this guide was already late for a date or needed to catch a train in 10 mins.

This is not a beginner class. Nice but not beginner.. I think u need to remember that some people are not thin and flexible
