There's much improvement in my hair. I have been using reactivate hair growth serum of liittllextraa for 4 months. It has become routine. Specially, very little hair fall that you can't even consider. Furthermore, my hair has now grown longer with new hair growth and volume has specially increased. I am really happy with the results.

9:40 I tried rosemary oil for one year with daily application without results. After reading many articles I came across one that stated that the study did not use rosemary oil but that they used Rosemary extract. I have not yet tried rosemary extract to see if I get a different result.

Thank you! This is really helpful. I take a multivitamin for hair, skin and nails and it seems to have helped with hair loss. Also, Kenra thickening shampoo has been a game changer as has Living Proof Perfect Hair Day 5 in 1 and Night Cap. They add diameter to my hair. No one would look at my hair and know that it had become thin and fine with age and loss of estrogen.

I use a product called Estrosense. It regulates estrogen levels in the body. I am from Canada and I don’t know if this is a product available in the US. I’ve taken it on and off over the past 20 years and when I entered perimenopause a few years ago it stopped all the symptoms I was having. Hair loss was a major issue as was severe cystic acne on the chin and hairline at the back of the neck. Cystic acne was gone within a month. The hair took longer to grow back, maybe a couple of years, but regrowth started within the first month of using. As with other products, it is more expensive and things will return to the way they were before if stopped but I’ve made adjustments in other areas to continue using it. It has made a huge difference and I look and feel like my pre perimenopausal self again.

I am using Nourkrin Women and it is MAGICAL! I noticed results by the hair that falls when I shower after 2 weeks! That covers the “losing hair” part. I am now looking at what I can do to awaken the hair follicle so I can increase the amount of hair in my head! I am looking at the laser helmet, but it is so expensive! I used to take Aminoter and it does work, but it contains Vit B and that was causing acne. My mom uses rosemary washes on her hair and at 80 years she has more hair than I do.

Re Viviscal, I’ve had thinning hair since my teens and I’m in my forties now. It got so bad I’ve had to use hair pieces since my early twenties. I’ve used Viviscal for approx 2 years now and it’s made a huge impact in increasing the density of my remaining hair. Yes results are slow and yes I wish it wasn’t expensive but I do t drink or smoke and it’s worth prioritising your funds for this if like me it actually started defining me re no confidence or self esteem. Definitely worth a try.

If by rosemary oil you mean rosemary essential oil please know it can trigger contractions in pregnant women. I learned this the hard way after rinsing my daughter's hair with a tea mixture with rosemary oil. I kept getting contractions after giving her a bath. At first I thought it was just giving her a bath, but wasn't getting them doing other physical activities. Looked it up and learned pregnant women can't handle rosemary oil 😯

Trichotillomania is actually a psychological disorder, rather than dermatological one. It's typically associated with anxiety and can be a response to stress.

Honestly - please don't recommend any product with shark cartiladge products - this is a brutal thing that is responsible for brutal treatment of sharks where fishermen catch them -cut off their fins and throw them back to suffer. I personally would not recommend ever using anything with shark fins - including the soup.

A DHT blocker called Prophidren, you can get through Amazon showed a signficant improvement in my hairloss. My mother has it bad so I new the excess shedding was perhaps genetic. I was on zinc and biotin already and a significant change didn't occur until taking the dht blocker supplement. Kinda expensive but worth it. I had tried another brand DHT supplement and didn't see improvement as I did with this Prophidren brand. I know they are not regulated so I gave another brand a try. Interesting about rosemary oil.

I had to take biotin supplements when I was taking a medication that had known hair loss side effects. The medication ended up not working out, but boy did my hair look and feel so thick and amazing after a month. While I agree biotin may not be necessary in the absence of a biotin deficiency, it does appear at least anecdotally, that overexpression does have an additive effect. My hair had never felt so strong and healthy. Unfortunately, I stopped taking it when I stopped the medication, but I may try it again as I'm going through age related thinning right now.

@@acidbats it was OTC, needs to be at least 5000mcg and you have to take it every day. Since it takes your hair about a month to reach your scalp from your roots, you won't notice anything until a month into it. Keep taking it consistently past the month to keep the hair coming out nice and strong. Your nails will look great too as an added side effect! Good luck, I know hair loss can really mess with our self esteem 😔
