Cadillac gets Forged Wheels! (2001 Eldorado ETC wheel Vlog)

- Installing new forged wheels on my 2001 Cadillac Eldorado ETC. The stock wheels are 16x7” +51, replacing with Aodhan AFF7 18x9.5” +35 and NITTO NT555 G2 245/45/zr18. Unwrapping the whole order from fitment industries, hope you enjoy!
The fitment worked out perfect to clear the fender wells and no rubbing at full lock. I will be able to fit wider tires in the future likely 265/40/18 or 275/40/18. With this fitment I definitely want to lower the car now!

Had the same exact Eldorado my last vehicle unfortunately wrapped it around a guard rail.

Definitely one of the next items on the list! That will make a huge difference too. I also feel like I really want to change out the grill for a black version or a custom made honeycomb style with a front emblem delete.
@@ace_helix4186 a black grill will take away from the ETC package where everything is monochromatic 💡
@@klasseact6663 I could see that for sure, but I just can’t help but feel like the white grill makes it look more grandma-ish looking 🤷♂️ it’s like the only sore thumb I see on this thing haha!
@@ace_helix4186 well it's the package though, no matter the color it came like that 👈 I'd like to see these aftermarket ones but I'm sure you'll use common sense when changing it up...IF you do🤔🙏💡
@@klasseact6663 it certainly would be a challenging piece to wrap if I were to change the color of the vehicle with a wrap. If I were to change so I figured I would just make a custom grill since nobody makes them.
I have a brother helping me with the wrapping jobs, and I would feel bad handing him that burden 😅

Aodhan Aff7 forged wheels, I was looking for some of the lightest wheels at a reasonable price point. They are 5x114.3 not 5x115 but that doesn’t seem to make much of a difference as long as you get a centering ring to the correct hub bore size
Do you know what exact centering rings you have to fit a 5x114.3?? Looks sick
And what are the wheels specs etc for the Fitment
@@CesarPalmas_ thanks! Stock hub bore is 70.3 so that’s the ID you want, the wheels I got have 73.1 so that’s the OD you want. I’ll link the rings I got. At least this makes the hub a perfect fit to take pressure off the slight difference in lug spacing when using 114.3mm. Commonly teams use 114.3 on 115 hubs in racing applications so it really shouldn’t be much of a concern like I said unless you didn’t have the right rings. Came out clean. How is the bolt pattern fitment? With the aodhans having 5x114.3 and the caddy having 5x115.
It’s been perfect. As long as you have the correct hub centering rings you should be fine. I torque it extra slow and go around extra to be sure, but seems like basically a perfect fit
