Rust. But How Bad Is It?

I seal the plastic windscreen cowlings with black windscreen gunk then use sections of gorilla tape to fix it to the windscreen.
Damm the old beater look the aux fuse box and fan blower don’t need a bath.
Great vid, great work preserving another ST170!

I purchased a MIG welder, but not yet had the confidence to tackle rust repairs. My welding skills are the same as yours, long time ago at uni

It’s a crazy skill and all a fine balance with material thickness and power. Just watch those sparks inside the car haha
