Bandha Kobi Bara Recipe ( Odia ) | Without Onion garlic Cabbage Vada Recipe : Bandha Kobi Bara / Patra Kobi Bara is a deep fried Snack using fresh Cabbage . But , here we will prepare this crispy Vada / Bara without using onion and garlic . Which is crispy outside and spicy , slightly soft inside . This cabbage Vada ( patra kobi bara ) tastes great immediately after taking out from hot Oil . So, learn how to make without onion garlic bandha kobi bara ( cabbage vada ) in this video made by Mrunalinee. Enjoy these hot hot cabbage vadas with tomato sauce as evening Snack or serve with Water Rice ( Pakhala Bhata ) as a side dish :)
Ingredients :
1. Cabbage ( Bandha Kobi / Patra Kobi ) - 2 bowl
2. Gram flour ( Besana ) - 1 bowl ( 8 tbsp or as required )
3. Rice flour ( Arua Chaula gunda ) - 2 tbsp
4. Crushed Ginger ( Chhecha Ada ) - 2 inch
5. Chopped Green Chilli ( Kancha Lanka ) - 2 nos. ( or as required )
6. Fresh Curry Leaves ( Bhrusunga Patra )
7. Carom Seeds ( Juaani ) - 1/2 tsp
8. Turmeric powder ( Haladi gunda ) - 1/2 tbsp
9. Kashmiri Red chilli powder ( Lanka gunda ) - 1/2 tbsp
10. Roasted Cumin powder ( Bhaja Jeera gunda ) - 1/2 tbsp
11. Salt to taste ( Luna )
12. Oil to Fry ( Tela )

Wow Bandha Kobi Bara recipe was looking absolutely very fabulous. It was very crispy, inside is very juicy, and perfect golden brown in color. The crushed ginger, roasted cumin powder, crushed carom seeds, chopped curry leaves, and also some chopped green chilies make it's taste very flavorful. At the end you have served this recipe on white color serving plate with some tomato ketchup, and garnishing with some fried green chilies. Which was looking extremely so beautiful, and your presentation was really superb. This snack recipe is amazing combination with evening tea time. Thank you very much for very beautiful, and very delicious pure veg snack recipe shared with us through this video.👏👏👏👏👏
