Finger Chips Recipe ( Odia ) : It is a deep fried quick and delicious dish which is prepared with lots of fresh mixed Vegetables and without onion garlic as well. This super crunchy chips goes very well with Plain Rice or with Water Rice ( Odisha famous Pakhala ) . So, watch it in details with the step-by-step procedure and tip to make it super crunchy . Ingredients : ( Cut the vegetables lengthwise for Finger Chips )
1. Pointed Gourd ( Potala ) - 2 nos. ( 1 bowl )
2. Carrot ( Gajar ) - 1 no. ( 1 bowl )
3. French Beans ( Bean ) - ( 1 bowl )
4. Cauliflower ( Phula Kobi ) - ( 1 bowl )
5. Peeled Potato ( Alu ) - 1 no. medium ( 1 bowl )
6. Gram Flour ( Besana ) - 2 tbsp
7. Raw Rice Flour ( Arua Chaula Gunda ) - 4 tbsp ( or as required )
8. Crushed Ginger + Green Chilli - 1 tbsp ( 2 inch Ginger + 2 green chilli )
9. White Sesame Seeds ( Dhala Rasi ) - 1 tbsp
10. Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
11. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder ( for beautiful Red colour ) - 1 tbsp
12. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
13. Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
14. Salt to taste
15. Oil to Fry .

- ଭିଡ଼ିଓ କୁ ପ୍ରଥମରୁ ଶେଷ ଯାଏ ଦେଖିବେ |
