Suji Bara Recipe ( Odia ) | Ghuguni | Instant Vada Reicpe : The combination of sooji Vada and Ghugni tastes great for evening snack. Here we will prepare super cripsy instant Sooji Vada with Ghugni ( Ghuguni / Matar Curry ) . Which can be made as evening snacks, for ay occasion, festivalsetc.
So, must try this delicious Combo Sooji Vada and Ghugni at home . This crispy mini sooji vada can also be enjoyed hot with Green chutney or with Tomato sauce .
Ingredients :
For Instant Sooji Vada Recipe :
1. Semolina ( Sooji / Suji ) - 250gm ( or 2 cups )
2. Fresh Curd ( Dahi ) - 100 ml ( or 1 cup )
3. Chopped Onion - 1 ( medium )
4. Crushed Ginger - 2 inch + green chilli - 2 ( 1 tbsp )
5. Chopped Coriander leaves + Curry leaves
6. Carom seeds ( Ajwain / Juani ) - 1 tsp ( instead os take cumin seeds 1 tsp )
7 . Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - 2 pinch
8. Salt to taste
9. Oil to fry
For Ghugni ( Ghuguni / Matar Curry / Yellow Peas Curry ) :
1. Yellow Peas ( Matara ) - 100gm
2. Crushed ( Onion - 1 med + garlic cloves 6-7 + ginger - 2 inch + green chilli - 2 )
3. Tomato - 1 ( big )
4. Chopped Coriander leaves
5. Panch Phoron ( Cumin seeds + mustard seeds + black cumin + fenugreek seeds + fenel seeds ) - 1 tbsp
6. Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
7. Kashmiri Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
8. Meat masala ( 100 % Veg ) - 1 tbsp ( or take Garam Masala )
9. Salt to taste
10. Oil
For Green Chutney Recipe :
1. Fresh Coriander leaves - 1 palmful
2. Garlic cloves - ( 4-5 )
3. Green Chilli - 3
4. Lemon juice - 1/2 or 1 tbsp
5. Salt to taste

Wow Suji Bara, Ghuguni, and Green Chutney recipe was looking absolutely very fabulous. Suji Bara was very crispy, very fluffy, and perfect golden brown in color. The carom seeds, chopped coriander leaves, and curry leaves make bara very aromatic in flavor. Ghuguni is very thin in consistency. The crushed onions, garlic, ginger, and all types spices make ghuguni very aromatic flavor. Green Chutney is very smooth in texture, and semi thin in consistency. I think it's taste is very delicious. At the end you have served this recipe on serving plate with ghuguni, and green chutney. Which was looking very attractive, and very eye catching. Very beautiful concept, and your presentation was really superb. Ghuguni is one of my very favorite recipe. I always preferred ghuguni with bara, and chakuli pithaa. Thank you very much for very unique, very innovative, very beautiful, and very delicious one type of snack recipe shared with us through this video.👏👏👏👏👏
