Enjoy hot hot Healthy No Milk Tea ( Black Tea / Nali Chaha ) :)
Ingredients :
- For Plain Black Tea ( Plain Nali Chaha ) :-
1. Water - 2 cups ( 200ml )
2. Tea Powder ( Chaha Pati ) - 1/2 tbsp ( 10gm approx. ), use less
3. Honey ( Mahu ) - 3 tbsp ( or as per taste ) , Instead you can use Jaggery powder, Sugar or can skip sweetness in it
- For Spices Black Tea ( Masala Black Tea / Masala Nali Chaha ) :-
1. Water - 2 cups ( 200ml )
2. Crushed Ginger ( Ada ) - 1 inch
3. Green Cardamom ( Gujurati ) - 2 pods
4. Cloves ( Labanga ) - 2 nos.
5. Cinnamon stick ( Dalchini ) - 2 inch ( approx. )
6. Black Pepper corn ( Kala Golmaricha ) - 1/4 tbsp
7. Honey ( Mahu ) - 3 tbsp ( or as per taste ) , Instead you can use Jaggery powder, Sugar or can skip sweetness in it
