I am on my second GS - awesome vehicle. In addition to performance the fit and finish of the GS is superior and closer to the LS than the ES. The fact that it changes little year to year is a positive for me - the machine has been perfected and doesn't have the reliability issues that come from significant redesigns.

The GS350 is a more expensive built car, that's the reason it's been discontinued. Lexus can build cheaper ES350 and charge almost the same amount for it,just by adding some cheap features, also GS has to be built in Japan to ensure quality standards to compete with the German.

@@alixallen Not currently. We sold one about a month ago. It was awesome! We can locate them and sell them if a customer wants one :)
GS looks so much better! The ES looks horrible on the outside.
The both look great. I think the 2019 ES looks better than a 2019 GS. 2015 GS F Sport looks better than the newer GS IMO.
GSF
I’ve owned both and the ES is better. It’s not a coincidence that the ES sells more
I've owned both and the only reason the ES sells better is because it's $10k cheaper, has more room, and gets better MPG. The GS is the better built car with a higher quality interior and superior driving dynamics.
The ES obviously, the GS is ancient and has literally been replaced in the UK by that new ES model.
@Yemi The UK didn't have the ES until 2019 lmfao we ONLY had the GS for decades. So wrong.
GS!
If I was to upgrade from my current IS into either one, I'd go for the GS. I just can't go back to FWD anymore! Also, newer cars will always have newer tech but the driving wheels rarely change.
Sorry Kirk I deleted my original post by accident...
I only see elderly couples driving the ES
Grand Sedan / Grand Sport
ES is just a Camry.
The seller sounded very dumb. This GS came in 2013 refresh in 2016 and discontinued in 2020. Every car company does refresh in 4yrs new design in 6-8yrs.
