The food doesn’t taste the same anymore. The ingredients are terrible.
Just saying ingredients sounds like it's not real food.
Please also watch Seeds: The Untold Story here on UA-cam. The farmers are killing themselves because they sell their original seeds to the food industry and replace their original seed with GMO and the GMO crops often fail to produce a good harvest. The food industry has also been working for years to get their hands on ALL original seeds and make it hard or even illegal for farmers to grow anything except GMO. This is why Farmers Markets and farmers like Dr. Price are our most valuable resource right now.

And they're coming for your garden too. The 1st genetically modified seed for gardeners was just recently approved. Imagine if they do to gardeners what they did to farmers.. you try to save your own seeds, they "prove" their seeds contaminated yours, sue you and take your seed. Or pay off politicians to pass laws against saving seeds.
Busy trying to shove that to Motherland.
Does anyone know how to save the seed you save from your fruits & veggies so you can plant them later?

Thank you Dr. Bobby for this valuable Information. You are a gem for keeping us informed. One of the things I always think about when it comes to this is the average person out here who cannot afford to purchase healthier options. Most of the time, they cannot afford healthier options; especially if they have children. They are trying to make ends meet. I agree they could eat more veggies and fruit; but even those are possibly sprayed, processed, or GMO’d with something harmful. And since they (we) are living in America, it’s almost like what choice do they have; we have to eat. I think it boils down to the haves and have nots. If you have money you can afford to eat (purchase) the best foods.
You nailed it. those with money can purchase healthier choices. But believe it or not there are Black Americans who make good money and still buy less quality foods.

I work in a hospital and I see they give diabetic patients a consistent carb diet and give them packaged fruit cups vs fresh fruit and others healthier options. So crazy
Along with a regime of pills. I was visiting someone in a rehab facility, they gave her close to 12 pills to take. I don't know if there were any vitamins either way it was too much.

Find a way to grow your own. That's what I want to do. See if you can find a farmer in your state that you can trust to get your food. Ask questions like what do you use on your food , ask if they are using GMO seeds.

I drove myself crazy thinking about this so I just kept eating junk for months bc I felt defeated ~ Afterwards, I had another “I’m feeding myself crap” epiphany, so I barely ate for like a month. I was disgusted with food in general. I got so tired of eating that I’d only eat popcorn, smoothies, yogurt, rice cakes, coffee, salads. Lost 20lbs ~ now that im finally ready to learn about food and start eating fuller, healthier meals, your video just so happens to pop up in the algorithm for the first time? Tuh this ain’t no coincidence

I just saw a food label that listed its ingredients as: seaweed extract, pressed canola oil, sesame oil,sea salt. What was alarming to me was this listed warning: Cancer and Reproductive Harm! It was on a package of roasted seaweed that was “Korean inspired” by the grocery store brand. They removed the Korean brand that listed its ingredients as only: seaweed, sunflower oil, & sea salt *Organic & replaced it with their store brand.🤦🏾♀️👎🏽
