Good evening my divine brothers, I so appreciate you both! My heart is truly grateful for you! I started my first garden last year. I did not know how to start one! I attended numerous free classes that hosted classes on starting a garden. I am plant-based period! If it doesn’t come from the ground, I do not eat it! I go to the farmers market in my community!! It takes time to prepare from scratch foods that are not processed!; and I enjoy it immensely! I lost 130 pounds in 9 months by eating plant-based foods only! I started in November 2021! Yes it was hard but it was worth it! The sacrifices I made because I wanted to live! I got tired of being sick and tried! I salute you both! Hsve a wonderful weekend!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Dr Bob Keep up the good work, after the loss of some very close family members I made the decision to change my diet to more plain based nutrition and my back yard is now like a food farm. I live in the city here in Jamaica and I now produce bread fruit,bananas,ackee,mango,star apple,jamaican apple,sower sop,yams,cocoa,star fruit,mints,lemon grass,cinnamon,cashew,Jason berries,governor plums,coconut,peas, guava,grapes ,papaya and anything that will grow on my little food farm. I am inspired by what you do and I plan to setup my own UA-cam channel to spread this positive gospel. Keep up the good work. LH

Thank you for this content! I came across one of your videos about 2 weeks ago and have been engrossed daily in your content every since. I am so thrilled that you have chosen to walk in your God-given purpose by teaching people how to really nourish the body through the foods God intended for us to eat. I have always been health and wellness conscious but chose to begin my plant based diet 2 years ago. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, sleep apnea, pre-diabetes, and my cholesterol was borderline high. I’m a learner by nature so I’m always researching nutrition and other wellness concepts. I’ve always believed that God created our bodies to heal itself when given the proper nutrients. I told my doctor that I didn’t want any medication because I already knew what to do. She insisted I take the high blood pressure prescription. I was to see her again in 90 days. 30 days before I was to see her I had to have new lab work completed so I began my plant based eating 30 days before my appt for my lab work. When the results came back, my A-1C had dropped back into the normal range and my cholesterol had dropped nearly 100 pts and I lost 15 pounds. My doctor was floored. She asked me what had I done and if I started exercising. I replied, “No, I switched to a plant based diet. I thought she would be proud of me and commend me on my accomplishments. Instead, she quickly changed the subject. I am living proof that this lifestyle works and you have encouraged me to recommit to a true whole food plant based . Vegan junk food is a trap and has kept me stagnant for a year. So please continue your work. I’ve ordered vegucation over medication and can’t to read. I will be ordering your detox next. I will miss your upcoming group detox on sept 9th and I will miss you while you’re in chicago on 8/31 due to a previous commitment. Keep up this work, it’s so needed. Blessings,

People need to understand the importance of owning land and why it’s so imperative to have it. I keep saying it yes owning a home is the dream, but owning the land where the home sits on is next level. Our ancestors owned land in the past and family members that was left the land it homes either sold it or irresponsibly lost it. It’s really going to come down soon as the survival of the fittest with food amongst other things. Which poison are we going to choose when it comes to food and that alone is scary to know. Just yesterday, a company released the first GMO seed marketed to home gardeners. I am saving every heirloom seed I can possibly find. This information here is more important than ever and we've gotta make sure we always have access to real food.

I mix banana peels and aloe in my potting soil to grow some vegetables. It seems to do really well.

thank you again. I am a volunteer with a farmer doing whatever is needed and learn about farming. I learn to post a fence, placing a tent for a make-shift green house, how to make flooring to prevent weeds. Just saying this is a way to learn in return for your sweat labor.
