maybe I can add one tip : instead of putting the rice bottom first in the pot, put the veg mix with sauce first, and then put in the rice at the top. For serving, place a plate on the pot instead of the lid, and inverse the contents of the pot onto the plate - the nice veg mix with sauce will spread onto the rice. A classic chinese presentation.
@@sunitarajak9763 I see. I don’t have much idea about it. I’m new to cooking. And I’m trying out😄 what would u recommend “thick coconut milk” or “thin coconut milk”?
I tried this...came out quite well like all ur other recipes😊 I also added shredded boiled chicken, used the chicken stock to boil the veggies, a splash of green chilli sauce, a few drops of worcestershire sauce and a sprinkle of black pepper powder. My family loved it!!

dear Anuba, I learnt hiw to make mutton curry from your video abt 2 yrs ago. You are really good at explaining things. I wish you well and would like to see your videos have more sparkle in them like better lights, makeup etc.
I think this much detailed explanation is very good for new beginners in the kitchen, however I had to speed your video up to 2x. Anyway it turned out delicious
