    The sciatic nerves branch from your lower back through your hip and run all the way down to the bottom of your feet. When you sit too long, wear improper shoes or gain weight, this can trigger sciatica. In other words, sciatica is numbness, tingling, or pain radiating from the lower back to your leg/foot because of sciatic nerve compression. This usually only occurs on one side of the body, but can also affect both sides (not common).

    I can’t get my rt leg up over my left knee for that middle exercise. Should I just do the others till I can do the middle one?
