Thats a good one...my fav is standing on one leg ,centre yourself, lift the other leg forward and up,left and up, right and up,back and up....after a few of these walking feels more normal.
Great exercise!!! Anything for coordination and control is great for central vertigo 😄
I love this. I don't have a ball but I have a chair I can do this with. I would give anytning to get rid of this dizziness. I just want to go back to normal life. I've had a CT and MRI, and they are both normal. So there is nothing telling me why I'm dizzy.
You can definitely modify! 😄
I just woke up to the room spinning and a weird sound in my ear that has been going on for 3 months straight now. Since researching about this I find it very very odd that SO MANY people have been having the same issues at all different ages within the last few years. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
@lovesweetlove1993 what does the sound sound like? High pitch ringing, or like a heartbeat? I have both. I've had them for about as long as I've had ear issues (about 15 years). The vertigo just started in April when I went to get a cleaning from the ENT. It was bad for a couple months, then finally started feeling better in July or early August. I went to a vestibular physical therapist and between that and the exercises on this page, it has helped tremendously. I'm not 100% yet, but I would say I'm 90% better. I hope you get to the root of your issues so you can start feeling better soon! 🥰
@@shannonmejia3626 it started out as a vibration/whooshing sound and feeling together if that makes sense. It changes some days it sounds like being outside at night with locust or like a pulsating humming sound or like static/white noise Im not sure how to put it into words? Thank you I appreciate that I havent felt right or the same since this started. Do you mind me asking if you work? Trying to figure out other options that can be done with the daily dizziness.
I guess it does sound high pitch and there have been times that I could hear my heartbeat as well.

I've got no chance of doing that.
@@davidclark3603 if that one seems too hard try to pick an exercise that you feel you can be confident and comfortable in. Or just modify for your bodies needs!
Off topic… did you graduate from Notre Dame?
@@nataliem2199 i did not! Came from a small country town and never had a chance, just a huge fan. I have visited the campus in adult hood and just love it ☺️
@@treatdizzinessathome2023 my daughter is a 2020 graduate! We go to at least one home game a year.
Go Irish!☘️

So this is unnormal to have this. Or was not talked in the past.
Unnormal for what exactly? I am unclear as to what mean. My home page discusses everything and anything related to dizziness or vestibular issues if that helps ☺️
I don't think constantly dealing with dizziness or vertigo is a "normal" thing for anyone
@@rachellady4635 no it’s not normal, but a lot of people do deal with pppd and chronic dizziness.
@@rachellady4635 exactly, we hardly heard of this growing up. Now you hear just about everyone having problems even in their early 20s.
