- Join us as we journey through these astounding gardens located on a large urban lot in Eugene, Oregon, zone 8. The serene Contemplative Garden is literally squeezed into the side of a house, but couldn't be more relaxing. The Open Air Living Room Garden, consisting of the Sun and Moon Gardens, is in the backyard beyond, and is truly a garden masterpiece.
As homeowner Ami says, Leslie is a 'Pyrotechnic of Color' and the garden is alive and bursting with color at all times of the year. Most of the hardscaping, installed by Aaron Davis - also of Whole Gardens NW - is likewise astounding, and lays the perfect foundation for an ever-blooming smorgasbord of plants.

Wow I can really see the love that Leslie has put into this garden. The relationship between her and the homeowner is so beautiful to see. Thanks as always donna!
This tour is everything! Lovely garden and the designer and host are both so warm and knowledgable.
Love this so beautiful, lots of nice plants and flowers and you have privacy in your yard.
Thank you for watching and commenting :D. Leslie truly is an out-of-this-world designer. I feel so tranquil in her presence and that really translates into her gardens.
So many great ideas come from these videos
Thank you for saying so…Glad you like them! :)
So much for sharing your beautiful garden tour with us today you have a beautiful garden so peaceful and done. A wonderful job designing a perfect place. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.
Love to have you two come and create my moon garden that I've started. Great tour!! 🙌🌿💚
So pretty!
Another fantastic tour! I love the way that Leslie incorporates food for the pollinators into the beautiful landscape and gardens - real artistry!
Loved this.
I love your tours - I live in the PNW and am currently doing my amateur development of my own garden, and seeing the use of natives and what plants work well with them helps me so much with ideas! Beautiful garden, wonderful tour!
i really like this series--but please just one "wow" comment per show
I totally agree with you. Working on it 😅
Wonderful! You’ve given me some great ideas for new plant combinations to try 🌿🌻
I love your garden tours❤. I get great inspirations for my own garden. Thank you!
@@ximenasanmartin3180 thank you! I am so glad to hear it! Sending love to your garden 🥰
Another phenomenal Leslie creation! I’m curious, is there a drip system or irrigation to this garden? It seems like most of the plantings are fairly drought tolerant. I’m wondering how frequently the homeowners have to water.
@@sharons4056 great question! I shall ask and get back to you…
@@sharons4056 from Leslie: “The garden has the best chocolate cake soil so that helps with moisture retention. But, yes there is a great irrigation system that waters on a moderately regular schedule. Something like a couple/ few times a week as needed with a smart controller to adjust for weather.”
love your tours. this one is great lots of ideas. any idea where those chairs in the beginning are from?
they are fermob.
:Vyker's' mead Angelica? Wow. It's named after clergymen's wine/beverage. Vicar (pronounced vicker).
Lovely, informative garden tours, but I really find your printed comments have too many errors and are distracting, especilly when trying to verify names of some of the plant species being presented.
@@marianneminato4981 oh no! It is really important for me to share the plant info correctly and efficiently, it is one of the reasons I set out to make these tours! Could you be so kind as to identify which plants are mislabeled so I can correct them?
@@marianneminato4981 thank you for the feedback 😚
