Iconic Sunken Gardens Tropical Garden Tour
01:34 Fountain Plaza
12:12 Oak Pavilion
19:00 Black Bridge and FERNS
22:05 Rainbow Eucalyptus
23:30 Bougainvillea Wall
Join me as I tour the infamous 100+ year old garden in St. Petersburg, Florida - A garden bursting with expertly arranged subtropical, tropical, and native Florida plants.
Learn some of the history, from its inception as a fruit stand, to a privately owned 'Roadside Attraction", to a taxpayer-funded regional garden. Horticulture Supervisor Sean Farrell takes us on a breathtaking tour, visiting the Fountain Plaza, the Oak Pavilion, the Black Bridge, and more. Along the way we see rainbow eucalyptus, various interesting and beautiful palms, native and exotic ferns, the admirable bougainvillea wall, and so much more.
I invite you to ooo and ahhh with me as we go "Over the Fence!" for our first garden tour outside of the great state of Oregon!

What a fab job! I love the fact he said “, want to live in CA but can’t afford it”. I feel ya! lol… I love and miss the Mediterranean climate for my succulents. I’m so utterly impressed he can keep it thriving. I lost my Aloe that came from AZ to CA to OR and during a move forgot to cover it and it drowned however managed to save 1/2” of it and nursed it into a ton of plants but took YEARS! Way to go garden bro! ❤👩🏼‍🌾

You have done a really good job your garden is so beautiful...Eugene isn't a very hot climate probably don't have to worry about plants burning up in summer...I'm In shasta county south of you along I-5 Ca...our summers are so long and hot gardening can be very challenging some plants have to be watered twice a day you don't dare miss a day of watering especially if in full sun or in a pot.
