The interior on this is insane, I dig it! The outside seems pretty standard to me. Not impressive but no real complaints outside of too much Grand Wagoneer badging everywhere.

It's a GM Product, there is no Luxury or Prestige.
While the new Escalade is a big step forward, in the past they were mostly fancy Yukon's. With cheaply made interior bits.
These are all family haulers. The Escalade isn't at the same level as the Grand Wagoneer when it comes in Interior comfort for the whole family. Plus Soccer moms like SUV's with odd design choices. Makes it stand out more than Karen's Yukon. The new Escalade has a nice interior, but nothing that stands out. Little plain if you ask me. The RAM 1500 Limited is a nicer place to be IMO.

I think the front is so nice as it remains much tradition，while theback needs to be improved.The interior hit my heart, which is a completely different style from the escalad. Of course the escalad is also my dream car
We had a Grand Wagoneer when I was a kid. I really miss it. I think they should have at least made the wood panelling an option haha! Looking forward to seeing the off-road capabilities of the new Grand Wagoneer, our old one did a great job off-road.
I owned a 1986 Grand Wagoneer till 2004, Didnt want to let it go, that thing was a Beast and body tough enough to take any hit from POS box cars any day and drive it home

The exterior of the Rivian R1S is what this should look like, on the sides at least. The designer was poached from Jeep and took his design there sadly
Spotted one in the wild a few weeks ago. It was really striking. The one I saw was white, which worked much better.

Sounds cool, but I don't think they'll want to do it. They want this to be a luxury vehicle, not a performance SUV. They'll probably release a Trackhawk Grand Cherokee.

Not everyone who watches these channels is from North America (specifically the US) and its irritating having to pull out my phone to convert everything everytime I watch a review. I'm a second generation McIntosh audio collector and that stuff is really well built. There should be a setting in the infotainment where you can have watt meters for the sound, which recalls the real meters they still do on their home stereo stuff.

My grandma drove a woody wagoneer for many years. She lived on a farm and would have to chase the cows back into their field if they escaped, and after off-roading regularly in her Lincoln continental she eventually decided it would be best to have something a little more suited for the task

What an exciting car! I always felt like the Grand Cherokee was missing a luxury version of itself, so I'm really happy that they brought back the Wagoneer name. Super excited to review this at some point!
Interior is great. Exterior is very good but has potential to be great. The sides could add a little more design to break up the slab sidedness. That's what the wooded design did for the OG version. Imagine a deeper shoulder line and some lateral running pattern on the doors and fender. Let's see what they do with special editions and the mid cycle refresh, but still looks good to me

One of the things I find interesting about the Grand Wagoneer is that it still has a 3 year/36K mile warranty, but is competing against luxury brands that have far better warranties. They are going with the Genesis model of valet service, which is great, so you don't ever have to visit a crappy Jeep dealer for maintenance, but Genesis also offers a 5 year/60K mile warranty. All the rest of the competition offers 4 yr/50K mile warranties. Seems like a huge oversight to offer a non-luxury warranty on a vehicle that competes with luxury brands.
Front end is fine IMO. The rear is its weakest…it doesn’t look great being straight back. If they angled it the I think it would’ve been a lot better.
It's amazing that they missed this. All they had to do was angle the rear and take away the chrome around the windows and it would look a lot better.
The vertical back is the reason why I love it

I think I'm dissenting when I say I like the exterior looks, I want to hate it but it's so quirky it's handsome. Imo it doesn't stick out of it's class: besides it's front, the body looks like just like a GMC/Tahoe/Escalade or a Navigator

Auto manufacturers aren't tech companies. I always thought they all need to team up with the Samsungs, LGs, etc of the world so the screens and tech in their cars can be what we're used to in the rest of our everyday lives.

The attention to detail is everywhere. Its just too my badging. The name is just way too long.
X7 would be easy choice. The Escalade and this look so awkward and dumpy on the road. Escalade sits like 3" too high in its fender arches and this looks like Homer designed the exterior.
The x7 is def the easy choice, I think the escalade looks fine spec'd out like a beast, this looks the new kia mini van but bloated
X7 is a really easy choice, I do like this but I prefer the X7
Escalade easy as hell choice, so mean on the road when full black and you can save a few racks and buy a good sports car, unlike buying a fucking X7
IDK the X7 isn't exactly pretty either. Has that Long hood look going for it. Like the BMW Z3. Some may like it, I personally think it is a ugly design choice. But the roundedness of it really gives it that hatchback look rather than large SUV look. A Large SUV should be a ultra comfy ride, not some sport centric design. But there must be a market for that.
Biggest downfall of X7 is the bland interior and mediocre infotainment system. Not really where I'd want to be on a long roundtrip as a passenger.

I wish that they had upgraded the Hemi’s with aluminum blocks and direct-injection, 500Hp, about 50 pounds less and one more MPG in a vehicle like this would have been a win-win-win situation and would have given the Grand Wagoneer an even larger power advantage over the Escalade and Navigator.
Direct injection has its advantages but with that comes carbon build up.

Comparing to Escalade's "Super Cruise," Grand Wagoneer does NOT even have "Active Driving Assist System" as an available option, which is standard on Grand Cherokee L Summit. Grand Wagoneer also does NOT have "Four Wheel Traction Control" or "Hill Descent Control," and both are standard on Grand Cherokee L Overland and Summit.
The only disappointing thing about a Jeep was it's interior design...this is awesome ❤️waiting for the standard sized Grand Cherokee ❤️

The front end looks great, but the rest of it seems to fall apart, especially the rear. Those chrome trims around the windows are an interesting touch but it doesn’t quite work.
Should have been a woodie option. Would have loved to have seen the D-pillar taper downward like the original as well....that notch is just awkward.
