The trainer got us to walk from the front of the bogged car and showed us the sand was not firm enough one strap length away so they used two straps and joined them together. That may be the reason but they did say if you don't know the quality of a stranger's equipment always use extra safety measures.
Gr8 video... just wanted to know regarding what rims and tyres you running...imcurrently running 285/45 r22 on mine im wondering if i should take it offroad with it
Hi Gjorgi, in the Video at 6.03 the D5 has either 21" or 22", I cannot remember. Possible on sand if you can get to it without a narrow track in as tree roots or sharpe rocks will destroy the tyre walls and or your wheels. I thing that D5 was running 20psi and the rest of us were running 15psi because there was less wall to bag out. Also it would be a good idea to learn to use Launch Control if you get stuck.
