High protein chocolate mousse recipe/ cottage cheese mousse

    Yeild 4 portion of 12 g of protein each
    1 cup of cottage cheese (250g)
    3.5 oz of dark chocolate (100g)
    1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
    1 tsp Vanilla extract
    Melt your chocolate . Add everything into a food processor. Mix and scrape the side. Process till you get a nice and creamy texture. Pour into 4 little bowls . Top with nuts if you want . Refrigerate for at least 4 hours . Enjoy
