Polis is pushing a new law that would tax all short term rentals in Colorado the same as commercial hotels, 27.9% on the gross revenue. That is the real threat to STRs in Summit County and all other ski communities in Colorado.

The law is still a touch fuzzy on how to enforce it etc... But, the theme will carry on, anti STR.
