What you told is only partially true. It is good to know what is our "true history" than simply forget about it. Otherwise somebody else will present a twisted history to us with some "bogus glorified past". It is useful video as I didn't know about these details previously. To be honest, I dont think Hindu community is united any time, inequality still prevails in mind and practice. Eg. Intercaste marriages are still not as common even today.
