In today's video I update you on how I've been doing in my autoimmune / chronic illness journey - specifically a progress update, next steps for now, and what new results or answers I have or haven't received yet. I'm definitely getting closer to the root problem, and trying to mentally prepare myself in case it ends up being the least preferable of the possible outcomes.
