I hardly comment on videos but I have to say THANK YOU FOR THIS CHANNEL. As a medical student with visual memory and the need to understand what I learn, I am deeply deeply grateful to have found your videos.
I have sjogrens and RA that has progressed and is painful but I could not stop laughing at your entertaining and highly informative video. Thank you : )
I just got diagnosed with this shit, and it's mildly infuriating that it took years to get a diagnosis. I had so many doctors I saw tell me "maybe lose weight and you'll stop feeling this way and all your symptoms will go away" instead of just ordering the test. it's one of the reasons I'm in medical school, well pre-med right now, so that somebody else doesn't have to deal with that same thing and get some actual answers.
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis and thank you for making these videos, it helps break down and teach all of these subject into an easy and sometimes funny way to understand. Thank you for doing these
My man said "shutup! i got chu~". LOL. Pure comedy. Amazing videos. Literally this is perfectionalis explanation, bravo. And lastly, don't listen to the haters, my Egyptian brother. Stay strong, carry on.
Lmfao, if you are a mediocre student you'll memorize the triad and if you are a superb medical student you will memorize the octagon. I feel low-key manipulated. We move regardless. Thank you so much for these amazing videos. Enjoying them all the way from South Africa.
Sjrogen is not that bad in real life. Most of patients have a normal life (I have Sjrogen for more than 17 years) and my eyes are severely dry but with OTC tears drop I'll get back to normal...😁 no need to be sorry
you said that CPPD has weakly positive birefringent and gout has strongly positive.but when I was studying rheumatology from USMLE books they say gout has negative birefringent and CPPD has positive birefringent ????
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis I am Arheumatologist and I have interested so much in your videos, you made it very easy and lovely, so please we need more new videos about the rheumatic diseases. With my best regards.

I have a question: When I wake up in the morning I have a dry throat and mouth, my hands are swollen and sweaty, I’m not rested at all and my joints hurt as hell and I’m extremely stiff. Also my eyes are dry and hurt. However the dryness goes away over the day when I drink something, only the swollen hands and joint pain stays and fluctuate. What do you guys think? I’m so clueless and I hate going to sleep... since I wake up in so much pain...help
