Lately, I've found myself feeling like a big phony! While many of you returning to the channel know something of my health struggles and my having had to pause most of my life and travel plans this year due to unexpected chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, and further complications... I think I may have misled or failed some of you while sharing my story. While it's always been my intent to be open, transparent, and vulnerable no matter the content I choose to share on this platform, I realize now that I've inadvertently kept a big piece of this whole process private and hidden from you. So let's talk about it briefly... the good, the bad, the ugly... the WHOLE TRUTH!!
Please be gentle with me, I'm coming off of a very difficult month & I'm trying to regain some of my optimism back, but I had to come clean first.
