- Resident Evil (Biohazard) Outbreak File#2 - 1080p 30fps Full Movie Walkthrough on Very Hard Difficulty - Played as Kevin Ryman / ケビン・ライマン [NIGHTMARE] Obtaining 8 Special Items per scenario. This is not a speed run or an attempt at it. Nightmare causes all attacks to inflict double damage and some attacks to cause more viral contamination. Recovery items are only 75% effective in their healing effects. You earn double Result Points upon scenario completion.
Resident Evil Outbreak File#2, known as Biohazard Outbreak File 2 (バイオハザード アウトブレイク ファイル２ baiohazādo autobureiku fairu 2) in Japan, is an online game for the PlayStation 2 which was first released in September 2004 in Japan. It is a sequel and expansion on Resident Evil Outbreak, which was originally envisioned as a much larger game before being cut into multiple releases, containing levels which failed to be completed in time for the original game's release. The same eight characters from the first title return with similar abilities, and the game takes place once again in a zombie-run Raccoon City.
The player chooses a scenario, difficulty level, and a character. The difficulty level is tied to what enemies and items the player encounters as they progress through the scenario. The game has five scenarios, each of which has an event checklist consisting of special actions that the player must perform to reach 100% completion. Upon doing so the player will unlock "Infinity Mode" in which all the player's weapons never break or run out of ammunition.
Each scenario also has "SP" items. These are invisible items hidden throughout the level, and are randomly generated on two paths. There are twenty scenario items for each scenario, and twenty items specific to each character hidden across the five scenarios. If acquired, these items unlock new costumes and the option to listen to their ad-libs.
Players could connect to the internet servers using a broadband connection and a network adapter. Account registration and login were required. Once players connected and logged in, they could then choose between Free Mode and Scenario Mode. Free Mode took place in a lobby and allowed players to create their own games, scenarios, and difficulty level. Scenario Mode would choose the scenario and players automatically. When a player first started online, they would begin on the "Outbreak" scenario and progress from there. If the player wished to stop playing, they could save their data and start off from the scenario they were up to at the time. If the player had beaten a scenario, they acquired a star by their name. On December 31, 2007, Capcom shut down the US servers for Outbreak and on June 30, 2011, for the JP servers.
The gameplay of Resident Evil Outbreak File #2 is basically the same as the first game which follows the original Resident Evil gameplay style tradition, but it includes a few other gameplay improvements.

HELL YEAH WE DO. Dont get me wrong I think this game looks fine the way it is but hey. Hey. It's resident evil remake or not it's fun also a remake is better than nothing. Hell I got re2 remake and bought the original. LOVED EM BOTH! Then got re3 remake then got re4 remake after playing the original. LOVED EM both. Never played outbreak but I know I'll love both the original and remake. Also praying for a code Veronica remake. Yes played the original loved it despite it being tough. But I know I'll love the remake as well

I am a biohazard game lover from Taiwan.This is such a classic game of capcom！I remember I played it in my childhood and I was so scared of these sounds and atmosphere.

Watching this just makes me wanna play this game again so bad I miss playing it some much both the outbreak games were my favorite growing up. It was WAY pass it's time just sucks I could only imagine how crazy everyone would be if they announced a remake or even outbreak file #3? Only time will tell I am crossing my fingers. In desperate times, at the end you see a cop car drive by them. I’m assuming that’s Leon? So these events happened prior to re2 im sure it’s not necessarily canon, but it definitely would make sense. They even have his resume in this.

Weird. Why would anyone bash him? He's so damn fast and does absurd amounts of damage.
If anything, I experienced the opposite. Sometimes I saw people complaining when there's a Kevin in the team because he makes the game too easy since he usually kills bosses very fast.
Then again, I have seen people claiming Jim is the worst even though he has op dodges and critical hits so I'm not too surprised.
@@girolamoesposito6131 Most people that pick him for online were consider "Kevin Noobs" since he was a newb friendly character. Kevin is strong as hell on the first game but I don't think he is as strong as the second. Maybe Sai could add on. Jim was always OP/broken as fuck.
Kevin has problem, he can't Dodge and he is the Second who vírus took over more faster, so i think is balanced, there is other more Op like Jim with Dodge and criticar skill or Mark " the living tank" more Hp, much damage on melee weapon and his pistol does Double damage when the target is far way ( Sorry for the broken english, not my Native language).

Yes. As long as you don't leave the option select text the enemy will ignore you. Bare in mind that this doesn't work on every enemy and if you're playing online, it will not work at all if you're not the Room Master (the player that doesn't not have any lag).
there should be an iso that allows you to play the outbreak with the classic songs from rê 2 and 3

Nothing. End Of The Road has a strict time rank and you literally have to rush from point A to point B to obtain a S Rank.

Or even if you have the target in straight line you fail the shoot with r2 aiming.

Auto Aim with Walking is one of the best features adding to this game. it really helps a great deal to not miss Shots

Can you even do flashback without taking damage?
There are 4 possibilities.
1) You just get lucky and no rocks hit you during the fight or afterwards and you escape the hospital.
2) Jim and Cindy have knives equipped and used for the boss fight and each time they hit the core, Jim plays dead or Cindy ducks. They'll recover fast enough from the slash to use their dodge in time. Jim has to position more careful as to not dodge towards a Ivy or in range of a Drainer. Cindy is more easier since she stays in place.
3) Yoko does uncharged Push Away attacks the whole fight. They only do 10 damage and Dorothy has 10,200 vital points on Very Hard offline, so Yoko would need to do 1,020 uncharged Push Away attacks to beat it. Uncharged Push Away attacks will cause Yoko to do her Escape dodge immediately so she can dodge long enough to avoid rock hits. If you manage this long feat, then there is the fear of rock RNG while escaping.
4) AIPC partners or other players during online kill the boss for you. Offline the AIPCs won't fight it if you're not in the room with them so you have to either item glitch abuse or time dodges to avoid rock hits. Online this isn't a problem since someone can fight it and you can camp anywhere else with no fear of rock hits. A cheap way is camping at the Storage Room and waiting for another player to kill the boss, then after it dies you can escape with a "No Damage Clear" bonus.

It is from S.W.A.T. unit of the R.P.D,same unit of leon(same uniform but different style) , S.T.A.R.S was Officially disbanded after spencer mansion incident.

It was a riot suit being distributed due to the increasing violence in Raccoon City due to the virus leak. It just hadn't been streamlined entirely yet.
