mocha chiffon cake (3rd layer)
3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp cake flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 egg yolks
1/4 oil
1/3 cup water + 1 tsp coffee powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
3 eggwhites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
coffee mousse (4th layer)
2 Tbsp coffee powder
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
toppings: cashew praline
