Stacking low flat layers are a good answer to splitting regular cake layers to make a multi layer effect! Looks delicious and so perfect, like a professional did it. Love your work❤️

For some reason, my cake was stuck to the parchment paper when I was peeling it. It has never happened to me before, could it be because there is no oil in the cake batter? (It would not make sense though since it didn't look like you had that problem).

you have to grease the pan before adding the parchment paper... I usually use butter
