  • Kung hirap ka na makuha ang tamang diskarte sa pag be bake ng masarap malambot na chiffon cake eto ang sagot 😊
    Cake Batter
    2 cups cake flour
    3/4 cup white sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    7 Large Eggyolks
    1 and 1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup coconut oil
    1 tbsp. or 1 tsp. Orange flavor
    Meringue
    7 Large Eggwhites
    1/4 tsp. Cream of tartar
    3/4 cup white sugar
    size ng round pan 12x3
    baked in 150-160c' for 45-55mins.
    but again depende parin sa oven na gamit natin ang pag be bake 😊 add mins. if kulanf pa sa luto at wag bukas ng bukas ng oven 😊

    sana maperfect ko na din ung chiffon cake ko. kasi malambot sa ibabaw tapus matigas sa ilalim. dalawang beses na ako nagluto ng ganyan. diko maperfect. sana sa pangatlong pagkakataon ay maperfect ko na. salamat sa pag share. god bless... 🥰🥰🥰

      Thank you for this post. I’m humbled. I thought I knew already all about baking chiffon cake. I’ve baked chiffon cake for so many years. I do water bath in baking custard chiffon cake. But I never done than it in my regular chiffon cake. I can see that yours is spongy soft. To me, the 2 things that I learned from you that would level my cake is to put around the inside of the of the pan with parchment paper that is higher than the pan so there’s room for the meringue batter to rise. Number 2 is the water bath which I think would regulate the temperature that is not too hot and would give the batter enough time to rise to its maximum high. The other thing is the liquid added to the batter is 1 1/2 cup ! It’s kind of watery but I’ll try it. Thank you again. I’m inspired and excited to change my recipe and procedure. Subscribed!🌸🌸

      Matagal kuna pong recipe yan mam at until now po di ko iniiba dahil may moist at di nakakabulon kainin ung chiffon ko mam siguro iba iba lang po talaga tayo ng way at recipe kaya kung anu po ung inyo i respect po salamat din po sa Advance☺️

      Yes pwde basta sa maliit na pan ilagay oh cup cake molder then low lang ang init mga 150c' lang in 20-35mins. Depende sa laki ng pan na pag lalagayn

      3-5 days depende sa lugar n pinglagyan mo. yung temperature dapat wag sa ref titigas lalong wag sa mainit mg kaka amag. dapat Sankto yung temperature normal temp ganun.

    Hello madiskarteng nanay just wanted to say I made this for the first time and it comes out really perfectly. Since I dont have orange flavorade I replace it with Tropicana twister orange juice and swear my sister says as if it's not like my first time bake. Thanks for this amazing recipe

    Trivia lang po: chiffon cake does not necessarily need oil in the bottom of the pan nor any paper lining. Chiffon cake will detach from the pan edges naturally.. But to be sure do it if you like oiling or parchment paper, kung saan ka masaya! 😂

      Mas ok ang Gas mas tipid po sa pag be bakery like starling Oven ganun po kahit mga 4 tray po para di kau hirap mag sabay sabay man ang luto mas mababa ang costing ng gas ngayon sabi nyo ayw nyo ng malaki sakto lang pag ganun nman po mag Electric oven kau 100Liter kahit Kyowa para magamay nyo agad kung sa lakas nman sa kiryente sakto lang basta sabi ko lagi para tipid mas ok na sabay na lahat ng salang para di ganun ang gastos sa kuryente
