Please is it true that you can make attieke or akyeke with gari? I was told by a friend in Ghana that it is made from or with gari; I guess she wasn’t sure
Gari is made from cassava, Akyɛkɛ is also made from cassava. However the process for making both is different. But i've seen a couple of videos where people used gari to make Akyɛkɛ. Using Gari wouldnt give the original taste, it would give it a sour taste. Hope this helps. Have a lovely day
