      Everybody knows that this food is from Ivorian,and in the same country we have some that know how to make it very well than some others,

      ​@@monjesusmonseigneur3852The Nzema people from Ghana (note I didn't spell Nzema with an "e") also has acheke as a main staple.
      Mais en tant qu' 🇨🇮, le fait qu' on ait plusieurs peuples (et non un seul): Tchaman, Adjoukrou, Avikam, dont l'attieke est un plat de base, milite en faveur du fait qu'on le prépare mieux qu' au Ghana.
      PS: pour certains africains qui ont du mal avec les "nuances", l'attieke n'est pas du gari. Il y a le gari à part (très délicieux Gari Fortor 🇬🇭/🇹🇬) et il y a l'attieke/acheke 🇨🇮/🇬🇭. Pour les 🇨🇲 qui qualifient de "gari" toute semoule de manioc, on va vous laisser géographiquement parmi les États de l'Afrique centrale 😝

      @@RSY873raison pour laquelle j’ai dit que aucun autre pays ne peut le préparer plus que les ivoiriens, beaucoup ( d’autres pays) essaient de le faire, chose que j’apprécie d’ailleurs mais dire que d’autres savent le faire mieux que les ivoiriens, c’est archi faux,

      That’s the nature of that food. So you have to do it plenty once and for all and it can be stored for many weeks and save money .

    Hey I don’t understand. You blended the cassava without water . But after fermentation there was water from the cheesecloth. Did you add water in the blender? Or what happened there?
