Thank you both for inspiring me to continue on my journey. Also I think there should be a raw vegan video bundle. Or video audio❤

I've been whole plants, a lot of raw for 5 days and I feel like I'm gonna die.

Without knowing a lot more about you, your history and what you’re actually eating it’s really hard to comment. If you want to connect to fine tune I offer consulting by donation and am not fixated on the timing or amount donated. Feel free to hit me up at chris@therawadvantage.com 🙏🏼

Pretty Pleassssse with fruit on top ... Can you do a lil tutorial on sea moss, I have had it in a drawer for months but I am overwhelmed to use it/prepare it.

Ohh it’s very easy, pour in a jar, rinse well, pour hot water over it to cover and then a finger or two above, let soak 12-24 hours. That’s it, can blend into a gel and keep in a jar in the fridge and or use as is blending well into a sauce or smoothie🤗
I make a big handful or two of the dry moss at a time, my fave though is the flakes from seaveg.com, easiest tastiest routinely tested, great price and no need preblend, comes out easy with a spoon 🤗

@@TheRawAdvantage thank you so much I don't know why it overwhelms me a bit, kinda like sprouting when youve never done sumthin I guess but sea moss even more haha and I did not know to use hot water

@donnaabood7876 happy to help, once ya do it a few times it’s easy peasy :) indeed some recommend boiling water, I do just below, it speeds up the process and if boiling kills any potential bacteria but then again there are other possible tradeoffs there🤗

@@TheRawAdvantage yeah I'm not worried about the hot/boiling water I'm a girl desperate for hair growth 😂 I'll do anything, been losing my hair and heard this is good for that kinda stuff

Wow! She certainly doesn’t look healthy to me. Why do vegans and vegetarians age so much faster?

I think 69 or 70 and probably no facial work or botox. So she looks good..its all a matter of perspective. I think more important than "looks" is lab work, how you feel, lack of disease and pain, high energy.

I question, would you say this to someone’s face? Especially without knowing their age, personal history and other information?
In general most vegans look younger than their age and raw foodist I know look 5-10+ years younger than they actually are. The absolute majority of the time people think I’m in my 30’s, so I wouldn’t agree with what you’re saying as a blanket statement. A few things that can impact how old one looks is; over doing sun exposure, being under slept, being dehydrated, chronic stress, as well as being a very low bodyweight especially if they were overweight in the past as the skin doesn’t “shrink” as much as the weight loss and thus one can have more wrinkles. Being slightly over weight can reduce some wrinkles but at the cost of overall health, longevity and energy.
