    Great video! Car looks nice man. I’m considering the same set up. Look forward to your review soon. Curious how it feels compared to stock and your previous eibach springs. Thanks!

      lowwering springs get the job done but good coilovers bring these cars Alive!

    Thanks for the vid. What's your impression so far? Did U do any further adjustments yet? Or is your setup still as it was when you threw the coilivers in?
    I just ordered Advance Z yesterday for my Altezza and can't wait to out them in :)
    By the way, so far I only uploaded some vids about my Altezza on my channel. Hope you don't mind that they're in German ^^

    Great content! What size and offset are your wheels? Did you have to roll your fenders to fit the wheels with the lowering springs and how about now with coilovers?

    • @official1samuel577
      @official1samuel577  2 роки тому

      No i didnt roll fenders and neither do i plan to. shouldnt need to roll unless u use 18s then most likely. Rear 17x8 40mm offset front 16x7.5 40mm offset. never had issues with rubbing - hope this helps

      @@official1samuel577 Thanks a lot for your answer. This definitely helps. Trying to avoid rolling as well.

      @@official1samuel577 I have 18×8.5 +35 offset on 245/40 tires and no rubbing, no fenders rolled, no spacers, no negative camber, and they fit almost perfectly flush. But I I do a have a gs300 so it's a tad bit different from the IS300 and it's fitment I guess.

      feel ur pain - try a dedicated tool for bushing clamps. Autozone might have something for rent

      I ended up stacking some sockets together on top of the upper arm and jacked the whole thing up and it held in place lol

    What is the factory recommended settings On the dampener

    *I'm sure by now you've had to replace all the arms, because going that low will NEVER be aligned correctly without adjustable arms*

      @@official1samuel577 Hello. I did purchase the Tein Flez Z for my is300 and had an alignment shop do a 4 wheel alignment. But noticed that rear passenger coil over is one inch higher than the rear driver side. Therefore, I want to equal out the heights. 1. But, my question is, do I need get another alignment after equaling out the rear coil overs? 2. Is an alignment necessary every time I adjust the height on any of the front or rear coil overs? Thanks.

      @@goguryeorising4247 thats why i recommend measuring the factory setting. More than likley it was off a turn or 2. adjust it and if ur alightment is off then yes have it re aligned

    • @MRMAN-wb1tv
      @MRMAN-wb1tv 2 роки тому +1

      A complete inch off? That's weird. I didn't see it in this video but they come with stickers seals on the adjustment areas to let you know they were factory inspected at correct heights. Plus you can do the eye test, or measurement test as you seen in this video.

      They are the same bruh. Lol. Now if you want to get professional you can have damping adjusted on each one to compensate for the weight of YOU driving, and having passengers or not.
