Menopause sucks and we don't talk about it enough. Women still cringe away from chatting about it but gosh its so important we support each other on this. Thank you for this video. Watched all the way through, so good to hear your update on eating as mine went off the rails!!! put weight back on and very annoyed with myself. Yay! You’re back Sam! It’s so hard to eat healthily on a consistent basis even though we all know how much better it makes us feel. I have been a yo-yo dieter all my life- I am 64 now - and have just lost a stone , yet again, but it is still difficult sticking to any sort of weight loss plan- which I have to do to maintain a weight that I am happy with. I am doing weight watchers again at the moment but have tried them all at some point over the years. They all work too but only if you stick to them, which is the hard part. I am currently going through the resentful phase of the weight loss cycle which involves me sabotaging my “diet” by munching on biscuits at various points during the day.😂Hopefully I will get back on track and I am using your return to UA-cam as my inspiration to get back on it. Great to see you! Xxx

I love your chatty videos! I'm gluten & dairy intolerant and I've always been very sensitive to carbs. I have to keep them to a minimum or i get bad inflammation throughout my body. I'm just starting perimenopause and so far I'm delighted as i had extremely bad pms for years & years but that's getting a lot better. My sister gets really bad anxiety since perimenopause. Us women suffer a lot with hormone crap ❤

I was doing really good in 2021 ,ate healthy and walked and drank water , im 69 now and i broke my L- 1 lumbar and i was bed ridden and ate whatever my Family gave me when they visited and it was fast food an process food. I hate to say i gained weight, 30 lbs and i hate myself now. I worked so hard in 2021 to get fit and i screwed up. 😢
Now i am having a hard time getting back to my routine, im healed thankGod, but i just cant lose even 2 lbs . Im devastated 😢.
