Thanx for going through Frank's sales letter. Highly appreciated. One question, about the lead-in part, Frank uses a disclaimer because he's so well known in online marketing industry...but what happens if no one knows you? If I use a similar disclaimer people will not know what I'm talking about or who am I, so What kind of lead-in can we use that could be as effective as Frank's?
Hey Tony thanks for the comment! Great question (: Let's explore some of the language used in the "disclaimer". The disclaimer is written with a title saying it's a disclaimer, to qualify people out AND be intriguing. How mad must this offer be when the disclaimer is at the top! It makes you want to read on. It also means that anyone who reads is further confirms that they're the right audience for the letter. No one reading the letter is going to admit that they "aren't willing to work hard and give consistent effort".
As for your disclaimer, it doesn't have to be based on your experience or your knowledge. While Mr. Kern is very well known, you'd be surprised at the number of people who don't know him. His disclaimer is telling people who he is, and confirming it if you've heard of him before.
