Wow! I knew each part but didn't get the meaning of funnel before this video! Now I have the whole picture. Notes: FROM nobody knows that you exist TO happy repeat customers that refer you!
Metric: sales per day, sales per customer, value per transaction.
When a lead pay you even $1 he becomes a customer
