Amazing video, with the final shot of the B-17s using left CTRL F11 how do you get the camera to move with the planes? When I try it, I hit the keys and the camera stays still, the planes pass by in a second.
You need some technique to do that, long story short, you need to using time deceleration and moving camera + using track ir. I'm going to talk about this in the next video. Thanks!

Pan shots are could be made F2 , F5 , F3 , F11 and using numpad key it call ' . Del ' But, so much pan shots in this video. which one you curios about?. give me the timeline that would be help.

Hello, I have a question, can one person control multiple aircraft in DCS? That is, after the playback of the first aircraft, record the code of the aircraft path, fly the second aircraft, and then replay it. Follow this procedure to compose the path codes of several aircraft together, and then one person can control multiple aircraft. Way, such a complicated formation maneuver can be done without multiplayer online, so does DCS have a similar method?
Hi, great video mate! But I cant seem to get the F4 view to move around. Anyway to fix it? EDIT: It seems some AI aircraft(like the F15E) don't have the option to move the F4 camera.
Whether it is A.I or a player also it doesn't matter what kind of aircraft it is. I don't know why ED made it like this, but in order to move as in the video. You must in the cockpit. (Meaning there should be a aircraft you're controlling) While you in the cockpit, use F2 or F10 to move to the external point of view of another aircraft. Press F4 and do what the video tells you. It may be difficult to understand what I am saying because I am not used to using English. But I hope it helps.😃
I do a 1 hour flight everyday. I had a question. how do you lock the view to your aircraft? I mean the view should keep showing the back of your aircraft when you turn it. Kinda like when you are driving in NFS, the view is latched to the back of your car. Can we do that in DCS World? I fly the Su-25T frogfoot.
@finten damian You can edit this by changing the .trk file into a .miz file (just rename the extension) then open in mission editor, change the allowed camera rules, save and change back into a .trk - you will now be able to use external camera views.

This is a very useful video for those who want to start making video in DCS, from what I would like to add is to try to use "realistic" cameras, thinking about how it could be filmed in real life, not to overdo it with video effects and contrast, DCS already has enough dark shadows, there is no need to make them even darker, and choose scenes so that they have good lighting whenever possible. And if you use Sony Vegas for editing your videos, turn off "resampling" otherwise your video will start to split into parts due to different frame rates, and the video may look "dirty". While this sometimes provides a useful "motion blur" effect, since it is already in the game, it is best to disable resampling. As an example: imgur.com/CtQ5KsT

Hello, I've been having issues with the free view and wondering if you could help me out. Trying to obviously do a airshow mode recording, however i do LCtrl + F11 get my camera into position, however I'm having an issue to where the padlock wont lock the plane at all or it locks up and follows and ambiguous space way in front of the aircraft. Has this issue happened to you before? please note this was not happening before the latest patch i was able to adjust camera and padlock just fine.
Well... it's often the case to chase other planes when using padlock key. As far as I know, you need to keep press padlock key until the camera tracks the aircraft you want. To be more precise, use the Zoom in key.

I know this layout takes a lot of time. To save time can you relax the production value and upload shorter simpler tips? I can't find anything this informative anywhere and then camera keybinds are seemingly limitless.
its so sad that this MUSIC is fucking 200% louder...maybe you can do a REWORK or reupload with better audiotrack i mean this video is 1000% that what you need and want for replay stuff in dcs but this music kills me

Great video. How do you get rid of the info bar down the bottom of the screen?
External view and hit LCtrl + Y twice. then you can see the info bar disappear (same when you in the cockpit) or turn off info bar in the setting : )

As far as i know, there is no way to do that. i was thinking the same thing a few years ago but i couldn't find anything to do that way. sry mate :(

I cannot move the camera in f4 look back mode when using a dedicated server replay track, do you know why?
Maybe Server Admin blocked that function
Each server will have different settings for the camera view.

You can do both. replay or while flying but you'll need to lot of a patience and spend a lot of time doing it.

how do you keep the f11 free camera going at the same speed as the aircraft ur fliming?
you have to control the movement speed of the free camera mode.
If you slow down time using ctrl + z, it will be easier to adjust the speed
