Even this is exactly How i do do and i love that feeling you describe of taking pressure off the day having 2-3 meals done before work. Wake up 04.00 04.30 breakfast Workout 05.00-06.30 Post workout Shake (egg Whites, oats, mass gainer protein, milk) - Take a bath in my gym and take on my cloth for work. Meal at work 07.30 08-15.00 i work my job and eat 2 meals at my work. I work in an Office and dont take a toll on my body at all. Get Home and eat rest of ny meals :) Love this livestyle and when i am Home i have time for my wife and whatever i want to. In the evening i always prepare my meals for next day. Have been doing this routine for 3 years now and as Evan Said it takes practise. I also get tons of questions from my coworkers about How i have Energy for all that… In The beginning i was very tired and did not go to failure in my workout sets, But as time moved on i Got the same level of intensity as i did before in my evening workouts. I do believe you need to drink 1 liter of water and eat a Big breakfast meal before the gym to actually have glycogen stores in the muscle to push hard. I hear some People train fasted or drinking a youghert only which is not ideal at all for muscle building. Eat Big to get Big 😊 Btw my gym is 10 min away on foot/ 2 min in a car from me and basically as good as a home gym
@@NavSihag i would, i train sober nowadays, got such reflux from doing postmeal trainings for years, after a couple of months of adaptation i now even train a lot better on a completely empty stomach;

Great to see... I am up at 3:40am M-F, to be at the gym by 4:15am so I can get my training in, get home to do some work, and wake my son up by 6:30am. Would I rather train later? Sure, but this is the current schedule that works best for me and my family. So we get it done!
Good job pretty cool mindset just do it keep onkeeping onwish my son's were still alive and I would be on the same path lost 4 sons my wife know just me and my 15 year old daughter not going to lie all most ended it a few times but would not be fair to her live long and prosper

I've been doing afternoon workouts for the last few years, but before that I was up at 430 doing them 5-6. I'm about to change jobs and I'll have to go back to morning workouts to get them in, so this is getting me excited to get back into it!

waking up at 4 am is a gamechanger . It’s not easy but plausible. Working out during the wee hours is tough + sux but you have to get used to that system . Is all about energy .
I was the same way ...I said I'm getting up at 530...it's 530now in Florida..I used to get up at 430am for 2.5 years to get my Mt bike ride in and get back in time to eat and be gone

Making your own orange juice is better than it sounds. It doesnt have that high acid taste and is oddly hydrating for how sugary it is. You also get the entire Vit C complex because its raw and not just manufactured ascorbic acid

I take the time to watch and study, write down tips of what you said and do those things in my own life. Even though I work nights as a Patrol Officer. I make time to do those things that are important. Health is Wealth, not including that I have Animal Pak, Animal Greens, Animal Cuts, Animal Joints, Animal Preworkout Supplements. The hardest thing about this, for me, is sacrificing my evening by going early to bed. There the battle starts of trying to fall asleep.
Just got to train yourself to get up early and eventually you'll fall asleep early.

just set your alarm for the same time everyday. your body will adjust, only go to bed when you cant keep your eyes open
