Real nice. It makes you wonder why there were different point/blade types. It would seem that the flared bases on the clays served a purpose or the original napper wanted to create his own style.
Seems like the clays were used as blades, and they’d sharpen them down in this way. I’m sure there were many Indians who used that sharp corner for something!
Your my hero, your the best I’ve seen. Thanks for all your videos, I have learned so many tips that save me hours of learning. Have you ever tried filming from your point of view like jack crafty. I think that would be great Thanks again
I wish! I’m actually using those as my audio! With all the car noise from the street I didn’t want my phone picking up all the background noise. But typically if I’m not filming I’ll listen to country or christian or lofi- beats!
That Alabama piece is the most beautiful flint/chert of all.....even the flint river candy....You are the best....keep them coming
I really do appreciate it, thanks!

Oh definitely lol, but overall pretty happy with it!
Any other time you need some black Alabama coastal, and I have some, I'll trade you!
Sweet!!
Very nice point, how much for a set of 6?
Oh I don’t have any more of this material, but I can make the same style out of other material! You can email me at GulfCoastKnapping@gmail.com
I see you have an air pod in your ear when you knap, I'm assuming you are listening to music? If so, what do you listen to?

@@GulfCoastKnapping cool! I normally do listen to music when I knap. I like Metallica and Megadeth.
I glitched out watching the first part of this movie.
Can you get Alabama coastal that’s completely translucent or close to it?
Yes!
Hello, my teacher. I am very interested in using stone tools. Can I repost your video to a video website in China? I want more people to see
Sure!
thank you
