BMW MINI R50 2003 112kMiles BLOWN REAR RIGHT BRAKE LINE REPAIR!

It seems to be a COMMON RUST ISSUE with UK Minis, especially around the tank area as everywhere else the Mini is self lubricating!
Ideally one whole piece of tube should replace the mid section , but is impossible to do with steel line without dropping the exhaust and undoing the hand brake cables. It is possible with softer tube -Copper or Copper nickel and the result will be wavy. The fluid flows well ,the car stops well and so far no leaks
