now your garage looks like an old post office from the 40's full of surface mounted raceway

There should be a cable connector clamp on the box to hold the wire in place and to keep the wires from chafing. The way it is done now is not code.

No romex connector where the wires come through the back of the wall plate? Wrong!

Actually the opening is suppose to be the same as the box in the wall

Did the wiremold instructions call for a ground connection to the wiremold from the system ground? The wiremold sounded metalic and i would have expected it to have mechanical fasteners to electrically tie it together and a separate ground wire attached to your system ground for the metal parts.

This is what I saw, only ground connection is weak with only place is where the gfci touches the box where its screwed on.

There is nothing wrong with overkill but, receptacles installed on 20 amp branch circuits may be 15 amp or 20 amp or any combination of 15 and 20 amp rated. Except if it is a 20 ampere branch and has (1) single(not duplex) receptacle installed, then it must be 20 ampere rated. I can get you the NEC numbers if you need it. The tape around the NM cable through the knockout is a no no. The wiremold is a wire way, not a conduit in any way. At no point in the whole video did you show a plug. Be careful with terminology in electric videos.
Very nice installation overall though. Best wishes, Kevin

It looks very nice, but I would have used emt conduit and 4 x 4 metal boxes instead. It's also easy to change or add to later and probably less expensive. I like the industrial look, but that's just me. You don't need 20 amp receptacles for a 20 amp circuit. They offer no advantage over 15 amp duplex spec grade type.
