What do you mean they're not included? Northern dynasties, often referred to the 5 alien tribes from the steppe regions include all of Xianbei dynasties. North Wei was one of them and so does the Yen dyansties mentioned above.

It can be divided into three time periods: Northern Wei; Eastern and Western Weis; Northern Qi and Northern Zhou. The Northern, Eastern, and Western Wei along with the Northern Zhou were established by the Xianbei people while the Northern Qi was established by Sinicized barbarians.
