Love Polina your exercises are really effective would you recommend facial reflexology tool as everyone talking about it so i thought you would be the best person to ask does it works any recommendation
Thank you for your feedback 💚💆♀ I'm delighted you are finding the exercises effective 😀 as for the reflexology tool, I have seen this around and although marketed as the best tool for rebalancing the energy and lymph in the face, I believe hands are just as good in this case. But if with the tool it will make you perform acupressure more often, then of course do buy the tool and use it. The point is to perform the action, in this case acupressure ritual - which works with/without the tool. Hope this helps !🌼
I am really enjoying these videos. I like that there are shorter ones too, so you can fit them in to your day easily. I usually do this particular video or another full face one every evening before bed. Then I do a shorter one ie eye toning exercises, gua sha or tension release for lower face in the mornings. I choose a different one of these shorter ones each day and do this before I apply my makeup and choosing a different area of the face each time. I also do the face firming massage every day. I will be continuing with this program as it’s the only one I’ve found that I can actually see results with. I just wanted to share my experience with you all and highly recommend it. ❤Amanda uk

Polina, I'm glad I found you~ the other face exercise teachers are young and don't understand my concerns. Also, since I just turned 50, it's soothing to have a community of strong beautiful women that inspire me. I count you in my community of women. >>BUT as I mentioned, I've followed the other face exercise teachers and various methods intermittently FOR YEARS. I could have my own channel, teaching what I've learned! My eyes and forehead don't show aging, but my jowls and sagging neck look like they belong on someone else's head!! As a life-long artist, I've looked down more than is good for my neck, and now I really worry that my appearance is never going to change. Your words are very encouraging, and your exercises are new to me --but I still feel . Do I need to exert even harder, do more repetitions than you demonstrate on your videos, more frequently? Hi Laura, I'm delighted to have you as my subscriber and thank you for watching the videos - happy to be in your community of women support! 🌸 I'm sure in all your years following face yoga content, you've accumulated a lot of valuable knowledge! 👏🏻 we should exchange some ideas 😅 It's interesting what you say about postural effect on the low face of looking down constantly which might have contributed to developing jowls and loose neck skin. So in our 50s the face yoga regime should be once a day especially if you're trying to correct some imbalances like low face for example. Each exercise that I demonstrate can be repeated 3 times in a row, with 10 repetitions or 10 second holds. So rather than working harder, I would work smarter and increase the repetitions plus also would add a daily lifting massage ( 5 mins tops) and the correct tongue position (mewing) several times a day. In any case, if you view your face as a friend - with love, playfulness and acceptance, you should be able to improve the muscle tone with good results. Let me know how you get on ! 🌷💟

Can I ask if there is a chance that face fat may reduce during these exercises? I want to maintain my fat pockets. Also - is there any harm doing these exercises when I’m not quite in my 50s? I just prefer this routine. Thanks Polina!
Thanks for your question🌸 you are unlikely to 'reduce' the face fat pockets with doing these exercises, unless of course in parallel to this you are also losing weight in the body! This routine strengthens the cheek muscles so the face looks toned and better contoured 💆♀ Absolutely fine to do these even if you are 40, or less, they either act as prevention or as a cure depending on what life stage you are in🌷 Hope this helps!

Hello again Polina,🌷I forgot to mention my number eleven line, which is just below eyebrows, on the top of nose, and rather stubborn! I’m doing the exercise for that, and understand it may take time! Somehow it seems to be hereditary on my fathers side, my Sister too! I do go further down with the knuckle, but are there any other angles on this?💕😊
Thanks for your question Emma-Jane🌸 knuckle is good, you can also try zigzagging on it with Gua Sha, and working on firming the eye area will also be helpful. Notice any mimic that you do that exacerbates the line, like squinting or scrunching up the nose muscles. Hope this helps !💆♀

Loved your video. Can this routine help with droopy corners of the mouth? Is it okay to do isolated exercises for droopy corners of the mouth without working the rest of the face. Is it better to do a full face workout. I am really trying to help my myself through natural methods as I don’t want to have Botox. Please help.Thank you.
Hi Clarita, you can of course work on droopy mouth corners more if that's your main issue@@claritanovelo3308 . In addition to that, I would also recommend doing at least one technique for each part of the face, forehead, eyes, etc to keep the face lifted and exercised in a balanced way. For the droopy mouth corners, do work more on the cheek muscles to see the low face lifting. It's gradual but it does improve the mouth corners (see Resting Unhappy Face video I posted before to show you what to do). Learning how to keep the mouth corners in neutral and noticing when you drop them is important as well. I'm fully in support of trying the natural methods, and I admire your decision and your resolve to try find a natural way to work with this issue. Absolutely brilliant Clarita 👍🌷
