    It worked for me too... I didn't do special diet though... I ate what I eat regularly just a little less while doing 16:8 fasting.... And lost around 1.2 kgs in first 5 days

    I m also doing intermittent 16:8 and lost 2.2 kgs in 1 week...... I m not taking sugar in any form and no potatoes....i m eating simple homemade food with less quantity of carb and great quantity of vegetable salads and curd.

    I am losing daily 500gram by doing 16/8 intermittent fasting then i just go for lunch and dinner (i eat everything except maida/oil) i basically do calorie deficient and have Plix Apple Cider Vinegar Before 1 hr of Lunch (it give my stomach some fullfill And i have dinner before 10pm and lunch after 2pm and in evening if i feel hungry i have tea or coffee or some low calorie snack , totally i do intermittent fasting + Low Calorie Diet and i daily go to gym in morning (best results)

    It worked for me. Just two meals a day, usually 1:30 and 7:30 pm. Before meal vinegar. And I shredded my weight from 100 kg to 86 in one and half month.

    1kg varies anyway on a daily basis irrespective of your diet pattern. In the morning, on an empty stomach, your body is always 1 kg down, or If you don't eat for long hours, it will automatically reduce 1 kg.

    Mam i had lost 7 kg by intermittent fasting but after that i feel weak my muscles become weak , mujay chest pain hona laga and jub khta tha toh stomach fullness lagne lagti tha...
    Soo trick is that intermittent fasting is vry good but don't do it regularly do it one week in a month than try 2 maintain the weight by exercise in next 2-3 weeks and than again do intermittent fasting for a week...

      usually you should start off slow with 12 12 then slowly make your way to 16 8 then if you want to go further you can
      IF isnt a diet it should be a lifestyle
      and ive been doing it for 4 months not consistently and ive been tired the first couple of days but then I got my energy back and now I feel better than ever

      You can drink black coffee, black tea, green tea, salted lemon water and plain water during the fasting window. You can consume cinnamon water once a day, not more than that

    Do it max 3X a week, because it is not healthy if u do it everyday, otherwise your body will get used to it and your metabolism will get lower and affected. But if you are doing 2 to 3 times a week it is amazing for weight loss and cells regeneration

    Your program is intermittent eating not fasting.....you are constantly eating. Supposed to fast i.e not eat for a long time and no refined carbs and sugars.

      I do a 36 hour PURE water fasting every fortnight and two times a week a 18-20 hour fast. This way I ensure I my body goes into Autophagy while fasting which I double check by measuring my ketone levels.

      People usually follow the 16:8 rule while intermittent fasting.But I believe your definition of intermittent fasting is based off the rules you follow and not the conventional rule.
      So going by your definition if a person is not fasting for 18-30 hours at a stretch they are doing it wrong.Good job explaining intermittent fasting,keep it up! 👍

      For an average person their body won't go into Autophagy unless they won't fast a minimum of 20 hours and beyond at a stretch when body starts looking out for alternate sources of energy after glucose depletion which results in
      AMPK activation and inhibition of mTORC1 as levels of glycogen stored in liver is substantially reduced..
      I can go more technical in my explanation but all of it would bounce of your couple of cells of grey matter.So I ain't gonna waste my time..

      It isn't healthy, the weight will bounce back as faster as you lose it. Going with a consistent routine, being active and following a calorie deficit will only help you maintain a healthy weight
