Add milk to eggs & mix using a mini whisker a lot to get air in it to make them fluffy. Use butter in medium heat pan & pour in mixed egg & milk, flip when top is no longer mushy. When flipped side is no longer mushy add filling and top with grated or sliced extra old cheddar or Swiss cheese. Filling: In a separate pan, sauté sliced mushrooms, red pepper & scallions in a pan with a little olive oil & add a little red cooking sherry after 4 min & sauté 3 min more.

Sometimes I'll do that. When I want to use a hamburger bun to make a breakfast sandwich I'll beat an egg in a bowl with black pepper and a touch of salt. Make sure you cover it with a paper towel so you have a mess to clean. Depending on the doneness I want it takes about a minute to 1 minute 20 seconds.
If your a hunter heres some extra good stuff you can add. Make deer meat. Grind it into burger meat, while grinding add breakfast sausage in it. Those breakfast sausage patties. Once at home, cook it on a Skillet pan, and mix it around into a bunch of meat pieces kind of like you're making spaghetti. Then cook your omelette, once you reached the part to where you add cheese, add the meat as well. You wont regret it

He cant understand why he has digestion problems and I've seen him eat entire meals without chewing. If you eat a 3 course meal with him he'll be done eating before your done with the first course.

@@stacyr4768 I have an electric stove, with a cast iron pan I heated it up on 5 while whisking the eggs, then turned it down to 2 for the cooking. It definitely takes a while to cook through low enough to not burn.
