I have only applied 3 different coating brands... I have had Cerakote's Vs1 on my truck for a year and it is performing superbly..nice gloss and super hydrophobic.

You know, I have been hesitant to use a resin based coating, But there’s so many out there now it’s crazy I’m curious to see how this will hold up for you. It’ll probably It’s right at the service life the way you take care of your ride Smurf , i’m still loving the Jes car ultra lock!
I am a big fan of the Glassparency graphene coating and I have applied it to 4 cars and the first one was mine which was just over 5 years ago and the paint still looks like it did 5 years ago. The coating is not as hydrophobic but it is still performing quite well. I will recoat my car this spring because I want to not because I need to.

@ This time around, I will use Clean by Pan 3 year coating just to try it out. Try out Glassparency, I am extremely satisfied with their coating, they are not cheap but the coating lasted and no swirl marks in 5 years. Geez, if only I was sponsored by them. Lol. Yes, all is well my friend and we are looking forward to the spring and the warm weather. It has been a good winter so far but they are calling for a cold snap early next week with -24c! How are things going with you and the family?

Car looks great, is it best to throw out the towels you’re using to wipe it with? Since you said the applicator kinda hardened or crystallized. Will it wash out of the towel or is the towel no good anymore?

I'll toss em into my misc interior bin and just use em on interior cleaning or engine bays ect.. they will never touch paint again though. 🤙 then once I use em and get them dirty enough I'll just toss em in garbage. The microfiber cycle 😂 Hey, thanks for taking the time to watch!!! Oh, an if the towels feel like they have some crunch or anything hard I'd just soak em in some rinseless if they are worth saving. 👍
