This little helicopter has 4ch control, a flybarless single rotor, and 6-axis stabilization.
Enjoy!

Still come back to these classic reviews from time to time. Ryan was never afraid to give his unbiased opinion.
That is really cool.. Don't think I have ever seen a small single rotor for that price fly that smooth. Sure beats most small indoor helicopters I have seen. Good one!!
Looks a lot like the Horizon Hobby Blade 70 S!
I recently got the Blade 70s, the E-Flite rebrand of this, and I love it. Manages to be even more fun than the Syma S107G I had. This little bugger is begging to be let into a larger space, but it gets blown around by the slightest of wind.
Man that's cool. A tiny CP heli that is stable enough to fly indoors. I've been out of the hobby for a while and there was nothing like this from what I remember.
This isn't CP though... it's FP. There are similar CP helis though, like the Blade Nano CP S. :)
what perfect timing Ryan. I've been feeling for a easy flying indoor helicopter. this may be it ! many thanks for all of your honest and thorough reviews ! ::)
If you have no heli experience yet, you may still want to start with a 3ch coaxial, which I know you were recently looking for. While this heli is relatively easy to fly, it's still not super easy and it can get out of control quickly if you aren't careful.
Flyin' Ryan RC how much
Dude I'm missing your awesome reviews! Hope you're well.
Great review / flight Ryan!!
Thanks! :)
Wind bug you mention is pretty common with fixed pitch helicopters. Blade 120 is the same way. Same helicopters as Blade 70 S by the way.
Nice one Ryan!
Thanks! :)
Hi! Cool little heli
Pretty cool
Nice review!
Thanks! :)
Never had a Helicopter before, only quads but i like this one. good review
If you can fly a quad well, you should be able to do alright with a helicopter with 6-axis stabilization, like this one. They aren't as inherently stable as quads though, so they are a bit harder to fly.
A Great flight very nice.
good review ryan!
its been a long time i have seen you fly indoors haha
Yeah, I did a lot of outdoor stuff, trying to get caught up before winter came. Winter is now moving in, so expect to see a lot more indoor stuff for a while. heh
Subscriber for a long time and enjoy all your videos. Thanks you! Will Elsie the cat be back?
Will Kelton Thanks! Elsie is still around and as happy as ever, but she seems to have shied away from making appearances in my videos lately. I think she did sneak into the shot once or twice in a couple upcoming flight videos though. :)
I love your videos
Thanks! :)
Nice landing man
Thanks! :)
nice landing very cool
Thanks! :)
like all the vids great way to get me into the swing when I buy it
Thanks! :) I try to make my videos not only review, but like living instruction manuals too. :)
Hi, Ryan, nice and better 150 with the CC3D, I think. :)
I love this copter
You sure have great control in small area.
Seems really nice! Cool review Ryan!
Thanks bud! Been meaning to email you and catch up! Lots of new Star Wars RCs, and I see you got the two weird GearBest knockoffs, as did I! :) Still trying to learn what all the buttons do on those, since the manuals are entirely Chinese. Did you notice that Mid/High rates on the TIE Fighter actually turn up the throttle as well!? So weird.

what the best choice - 911s or esky 150 x ? sorry my ingles
Horizon Hobby must have obtained eSky, as this heli is now available under the Blade brand as the Blade 70 S.
great video like friend
is there anything new thats come out lately in these little indoor copters Ryan
"Wind bug" well that explains what happen to my first chopper.
super Heli!
Pretty neat little heli. :)
we have this on lazada PH but idont know if RTF or BNF
can u please take a.review on the flyers bay justice series Warcraft police helicopter
Which one better compare with v911 pro
what is diference for 150XP ?
Thumbs up. Is this one more precise than the Blade Nano CP S? I watched your other video with the Blade Nano CP S, which you had yet to "train" yourself to control the yaw.
I think you're talking about my CP X video. The CP S added 6-axis stabilization and is much easier to fly than the CP X. It is similar to flying this 150X, but the difference between CP and FP does make a bit of a difference in the throttle responsiveness.
Flyin' Ryan RC
Good to know. I just placed the order for cp s last night. Now I am watching every single cp s video on youtube and reading every single manual pdf of heli transmitter on the planet. I am so "high" and jacked up right now.
hi Flyin Ryan,
I was wondering if you have received the new Cheerson CX60 fighting quad? I saw listing on Gearbest but no release date. Can't wait for your review when and if you get them.
Thanks from a fan.
I had not heard of that one... looks interesting! I'm sure I'll get my hands on one to review at some point, but I generally have to wait until it's released to the public, just like anyone else. I also won't be able to show off the "fighting" ability, as I do not have a friend that can fly and film with me. :(
Thanks
Hey Ryan
Do you think I should use my alias drone as an fpv flier or should I get an inductrix and convert it into a tiny whoop?
Or just get the Inductrix FPV and not mess with converting anything. :) The Alias probably wouldn't make for a very good FPV flyer because of the large gear-driven props and how that makes the quad handle.
Flyin' Ryan RC thanks
Great review can u do a review on the mini Orion live feed drone plz might buy it and I want to know if it's legitimate plz
That is a rebrand of the JXD 509G (which you can probably get cheaper than the Orion version), which I will be reviewing eventually.
hi i was just wondering if you are going to review the remo hobby 1631 1/16 brushed truck.plz reply
I am not sure. It is one I am considering, but I have not ordered it yet.
what is the price ? , esky has made some decent helis with older technology how are their new products
Price can be found in the video description, and you can find out how their newest product is by watching the review. ;)
im kinda curious, what do you do with all these helicopters and drones you review? do you have a big warehouse you put them in or something :P
Haha I wish. :) I give them away locally to friends, family, and coworkers, or in some cases I sell them to the local hobby shop. :)
Flyin' Ryan RC Thanks for the reply!
😍😍😍😍😍
awesome heli :) i have V911-pro but i like this one , :) the ESKY-150X is cool i like to have one but for some reason lazada PHilippines do not have this heli :( how do i buy this heli i like to have one
Flyin' Ryan, when are you going to do another RC review?
Soon, hopefully! Just getting over some colds and the flu, and a bunch of family obligations that have been taking up my weekends.
no more vids 2019?????
We want more vids!
Great video! by the way have you seen the fq777 fq11? I was wondering if you could do a review of it. It comes with a wifi fpv and no camera version. However this comment might not matter as you might have reviewed this already!
I have the FQ11, and will be reviewing it soonish. :)
Flyin' Ryan RC okay. Thanks for replying :)
when you stop giving forward input does it stop and hover or continue to go forward until you manually correct it?
Yes, it will stop. It’s not an immediate stop, but since the helicopter has 6-axis stabilization, when you stop giving inputs, it will return to a level position. It won’t hover perfectly in place, but it should maintain its position fairly well. You still have to control elevation with the throttle though.
i had the blade msr-x and that little guy was a nightmare for me .i prefer a flybar heli or one that acts like one
Yeah, the mSR X only had a 3-axis gyro, not 6-axis stabilization, so you have to be a pretty experienced pilot to fly it well. A heli with 6-axis stabilization is a lot more like a heli with a flybar, but even better.
thanks ryan ,i posed this question to horizon but have not heard back yet .because i was looking at their 70s heli
wow at the time of your review it would appear the lipo was already 2 years old...lol
I am just a starter at flying rc planes and helicopters and quads what rc should I buy
This is my suggestion for beginners: ua-cam.com/video/N4qJNgV0DGI/v-deo.html
Flyin' Ryan RC thanks
i remember u reviewing esky f150
Haha yeah, that one didn't work out too well. :)~ Luckily this one is MUCH better!
Looks like a good indoor toy, the battery location spoils it
Yeah, that's a real pain.
Esky The lagend..
can you make review of lego 42030 rc volvo wheel loader
While that looks really cool, it's just too expensive for me, and I don't have the time to build it. :(
I know it is very expensive set. and i understend you havent got time to build it. mayby in future
That new Beatles Yellow Submarine is probably a bit more at my level, but since that's not RC, I don't think I could really do a "review" of it. But man do I want it. hahaha
Ow thats good set. But Yes this is not rc. But in 2017 it is be some kind of car with catterprals. That lego technic set and it is rc. Also it is simple and i think it will cost about 70€. You will find it if you write lego technic 2017.
www.technicfactory.net/lego-technic-2017-sets/
Go down and you find this awesom look set
I just got one and when it arrived I plugged the battery in and the blades started to spin but then I smelled something like pvc cement and the battery was smoking and I took the battery out and looked at the bottom of the helicopter and there was a melted section of plastic when I plugged it in it should not have started spinning what do you recommend I do?
Did you maybe plug the battery in upside down, thus reversing polarity? Sounds like you fried the electronics. That could be a hard fix. You might try contacting the seller about getting a replacement.
Flyin' Ryan RC I plugged it in right I think it must have come pre damaged because it shouldn't have started spinning
I looked and couldn't find a way to plug it in upside down🙁
Sounds like probably a bad soldering job then, which caused a short. I would definitely contact the seller about replacing the defective product.
Flyin' Ryan RC thanks for the feed back especially since this is a month after the video was posted
E sky is still around?
Yep!
Btw, 4mins is decent for a micro heli. As for the toilet bowl effect, the spindle may be clamped too tight, a little lube in those pivots help as well.
This toy can buy in Bangladesh
Cool and pretty cheep
Please ankal flain price of sri Lanka
I think Horizon Hobby just put their name on this? Looks just like their new Blade 70S.
What would you rate this heli out of 10?
I don't do number ratings like that. The purpose of my reviews is to provide you with enough info and flight sample for you to decide for yourself what you think of it. :)
You could of avoided the crash by try to fly your helicopter in front of a Fan first to see how it flys in a control wind environment first
Isn’t this an early blade 70 s? 🤔
Blade rebranded this product. They are the same thing, essentially.
Uuuhmm... Blade 70S looks the same ? Which of the two ?!
The Blade model is a rebranding of this model. They are the same thing.
@@theimacman Thanks. Blade it is. I can see Yellow better (& Green :) ) .
I think my syma x13 has that accelerometer problem... that explains why it freaks out whenever I'm outside.
Yeah, Syma models have definitely been known to have the "wind bug".
Gaaaap
Hii can u buy for me and pls tell rs
I like the fish you should make an review of it lol
Haha thanks. You actually aren't the first person to suggest that. :)~
我完全听不懂 但是很好看
I sub for you ok do more rc car video
Looks just like a Syma f3
Not really at all. The F3 has a flybar, which is a major difference, and it also doesn't have the same battery placement.
Flyin' Ryan RC that shows how long it is since I flew it lol. I think it was the second rc I ever bought
fixed pitch helis are bad in wind in general.
Nah, I've had several that were good in the wind. I think it's the flybar that hurts them in the wind... but FP flybarless can handle wind just fine as long as they have the pitch, power, and board programming for it.
yeah flybarless is best, and not that fp can't handle any wind, i'm just saying cp is far better for it.
can you say hi to me Ryan? =) =) =) =) =) =) =) please
Hello! :D
