THANK YOU!!!! Went to O Reilly due to time constraints but your video allowed me to change both lights for $45! Took all of like 5-10 mins if that. Only thing is the set I bought would not clamp down on the plastic part but they were fully seated. Drove all over - Lights work great!

Thanks for the easy video. I replaced both the bulbs in my sienna and they look great. It turned out to be about $29 instead of the dealer that wanted over a hundred

One thing to mention is that some vehicles have the bulb type A which is D2R.
I ordered 9006 bulbs but they won’t fit on my passenger side. They are very difficult to fit on the drivers side. There are little plastic guides on the female end that are different on the passenger side (1 guide in the center) and the drivers side (2 guides centered). I think this is my problem but I don’t know why they wouldn’t be the same on both sides.

I'm working on my 2009, what if the housing won't turn counter clockwise and come out? There's play, but it won't budge.
A bit late to answer you, but anyone else looking... There's an O-ring that's part of the bulb that can stick. Push in slightly and keep working it back and forth to loosen it. Once you get it, you'll see where the tabs on the bulb get out from under the tabs on the lens to take it out. Only needs to turn about 30° too. No need to force - just a bit of persistence with it, that's all.
So when does the HEADLIGHT come out like the title promises?
Better to remove the fuse first by pressing the tab. Easier to remove.
Wear nitrile gloves to avoid skin oils from touching bulb.
I feel so stupid after watching this. The k you so much I could not figure out how to detach the lights from the wires.
