Not too bad? I'm guessing that someone posted the wrong photo for the guitar that they had (the one that they sent you). That's why they couldn't find any issues with fulfillment on their end, the problem was with the advertising. Did anyone check the serial number of that guitar with the number logged when they got it in?

Guitar Center couldn't figure it out. Serial numbers were mixed up as well as the pictures.
