I love how he equips Sign of the Sin Eater. Then literally in the next breath says "in no world will i ever need purity of elements anymore, and takes it out of gear". You just cant make this shit up haha
Coming back to PoE after a few years away, helpful vid! For max XP is it beneficial to kill enemies in your path or just try to speed through the objectives/core quest lines? I don't know how "quest" XP vs mob XP works.
If you speed through the acts like crazy without killing enough enemies you'll eventually get recked because under leveled. PoE speedrunners know the fine balance between killing just enough enemies without wasting time while having their gems/gear in check all the way through.

Its more than likely they nerf at least the early game damage of it, at yellow maps the damage is still nice but not that OP more like convenient. Its definitely OP early on as you have access to it at first lab and it pretty much carries all acts. They might switch the ascendancy node with the elemental relic node or they just straight up nerf it.
i played a variation of this for a while this league, stacking minion phys dmg jewels and using fleshcrafter. I did pretty well for a noob, leveling is extremely easy. But you start to hit a wall around Maven, or at least I did. It just becomes insanely expensive to scale up the damage unless you completely neglect your defenses, which I did not want to do as I already felt squishy. Single target was never a problem though, just use Multistrike in you SRS link and swap in Melee Splash Dmg for clear
Only poe player to get me watching a 6 hour video. Also could you do a corrupting fever run, cuz i'd love to use it as my event build, but i'm kinda clueless at some points. Tnx.
a bit off topic but what build would you go for if you wanted to rush logbooks at league start? i was thinking about whether guardian srs would be viable since it takes a while for logbooks to be available and i could get some map and voidstone completion before rerolling into cold rf inquis maybe?
@@jungroan I think it's like a read/write thing though because my ping is single digit (I'm pretty sure I live like a few blocks from one of the server farms GGG rents out), you don't do anything nuts with like RAM preallocation or anything?
I saw some cool tech with shield charge momentum support, maybe a weapon swap with a fast attacking weapon like a life on hit claw and movespeed shield?

so 4 less skillpoints and - the minion to player attackspeed early are worth for 4 level earlyer minion dmg to players and then respec the travel node... isnt an early fast leap slam worth something too ?
@@jungroan I noticed it :D I put Carrion golem and zombies in a 4 link each, with minion speed and phantasms from then on I just have to run or leap slam! The minions kill enough monsters that I'm even overleveled even though I'm practically navigating through the zones as fast as possible. Anger aura and haste from act 6.

well enough to do all content, but for ubers and such you'll fall into more of an elemental SRS archetype for scaling. It's less expensive than poison SRS but also doesn't have poison's damage ceiling, and it pales in comparison to lightning SRS Champion with a high budget
@@rcola5 it's not SRS that starts to fall off, it's the Sentinel of Radiance. SRS is the skill you start to rely on more and more over time for late game scaling
Poison cap isn’t really that much of issue imo, by the time you reach the cap your dps will be around 50mil, which is a overkill for all content available in the game.
I do not believe you can do sub 4 hours with Guardian without links purely because of no aura, no movement skills at the very least and not to mention no convocation to move him and he is slow.
Very slow Eater kill, the SRS is very low dmg compared to older SRS builds like popcorn, not sure why everyone is hyping this build up? Yeah the Templar is a bit more tanky, but the minion dps is quite a bit lower.
its true, ggg has implemented streamer detect technology that alters the game rng even in ssf mode. just turn on obs and start streaming for 200% profit
He really only cares about speed, that specific strongbox poops out tormented spirits on monsters. Really only good for magic finding in high tier maps/zones. Though with tormented spirits as they are it might be better now than it used to be. It still takes 20-30 extra seconds to do that one right though.

first check the patch notes before thinking of builds
srs is op lv1 first try, yeah aoe not good but not the worse either, but dmg is nutz

Hit damage SRS can get to really high DPS. And guardian has really good defense and offense
U would prefere to play poison or lightning srs for ubers. This is any early content farmer just to farm ur first x divines.

main hand doesnt affect shield charge speed.
generally leap slam is gonna be faster until 2nd half of acts though b/c movespeed scaling
