Incredible turnaround story, really shows the power of restructuring your business model. For those watching, remember that automation and delegation are key to scaling without burning out.
I found getting clients extremely hard. I started my marketing consulting journey about a year ago and have 2 clients so far. Curating offer, changing approach, using different platforms, but nothing seems to yield much results. Would be happy to speak to your team about this!
Petty and possibly unimportant critique: The music you used here is super pretty! But I feel like a dramatic emotional track feels strange with the content you are presenting -- and worse, especially at the beginning of the video, it is too loud and slightly burying your voice which should be the dominating audible element of the video. I'm listening on studio monitors and work with audio a lot, so maybe the average person does not notice any of this. Just thought I'd throw it out there in case I'm not the only one! Critique aside, thank you for this awesome information! Your video came up when I was searching for information on consulting and is what grabbed my attention over all the others, so you are certainly doing everything else right! 🙏🏻👍🏻
So to be clear , you don’t need a degree or certification to technically be a consultant? You just need a skill and people that trust in you? Is that correct
